In celebration of films made in Charlotte, NC, The Independent Picture House is screening “The Closest Thing to Heaven.” Following the film, Emmy Award Winning production designer Jim Gloster will speak to his process of creating the production design for this acclaimed Dorne Pentes film. The conversation will be moderated by set decorator and member of the Carolina Independent Film Collective Amanda Medina.
