Roundtable 2: Memory, and Preservation of Cultural Identity.

How do Production Designers help to create an authentic period experience, travel in time or recreate from scratch a particular culture? How the art department contributes to the preservation of the cultural heritage of a country? The panelists will discuss the creative challenges in representing a territory, its material culture and its intangible heritage through art elements. This conversation will focus attention to the role that cinema and the art department play in the preservation of memory and culture of a territory like Colombia.

This event is open to public.
