Why Have A Backdrop? An Insider Guide To Backgrounds And Backdrops
If you’d like to know more about backdrops, but were afraid to ask, then this presentation, by Rosco’s Senior Digital Imaging Specialist Sarah Horton is for you. This online webinar will teach you how different backgrounds outside the windows of a set design can take storytelling to the next level.
From establishing the location of a scene with traditional physical backdrops, to immersive, digital, “live-action backdrops” on LED walls, the presentation will show the pros and cons of different background solutions available to the production design team. The online webinar will include a 30-minute presentation with real world examples of how backdrops have been used, followed by a live Q&A session where you will have the chance to ask those questions you have always wanted to ask.
Sarah Horton has over 30 years of experience as an Art Director, where she curated her in-depth knowledge on enabling the visual identity of a film, event or exhibition.
